I've only been taking these for about a week, but they definitely work! They are 20 mg per serving and the serving size is 2 gummies. I started with 1 gummy because I was afraid of feeling groggy, which I never felt. I'm now taking 1 1/2 gummies and I've been able to sleep very comfortably. Definitely recommend!

Important reminder before we begin: melatonin is ideally not for long-term unless specifically directed by a doctor. However, for at-home insomnia solutions, it helps to take this at the same time each night for about a week, 30 minutes before you lie down since that's how long it takes for it to kick in. It helps your brain figure out when to release melatonin itself!

Works well, tastes fine, price is steadily rising but its still reasonable. My only complaint is that they have been frequently delayed for weeks at a time. For someone who takes melatonin every night, this can be frustrating. Especially when your delivery is set to arrive by end of day and then it gets pushed several days out. If I'm already getting ready for bed, then that means a late night trip to the grocery store.

I started taking these 2 night ago I was having a hard time sleeping before I would wake up every hour throughout the night it was taking me forever to fall asleep. The first night I took these I slept for 10 hours !!!! The 2nd time I took these I only woke up once these definitely work and they taste good too

It works fairly well for sleep, but in the morning I have a "groggy" feeling that lasts awhile.
