The Perfect Engagement Ring Box
This box was fantastic for my proposal! Gents, I'd say that this is the best one out there. I know the price is steep but it is worth it!Simply opening it blew her mind. Shes a mechanical engineer so she ended up being enthralled with the box.It was discrete beyond noticing and it looks great, the photos don't really do it justice. I wear skinny jeans constantly and even in my pockets it wasn't noticeable by her or anyone else.I felt the plastic arm in the center of the box was a little flimsy but I didn't have any defects or issues further on the line. My lady uses it to store her ring and she loves the box herself. It joyfully stays in her purse and does a great job at keeping the ring secure when shes not wearing it.

Good purchase
I was looking for a case that I could conceal my (then) fiance's engagement ring. This worked well enough. It was small enough to fit in my pocket so that I could sneak it into our favorite restaurant. I had the server drop the ring off when he gave us the bill. The look on her face when the server placed the ring down in front of her was priceless. As for the product, if your ring is a marqise style ring, the box will not close all the way. Just something to consider.

Did not fully rotate
The product is pretty nice, but the center piece does not rotate all the way.

Impressively thin, with one small [addressable] flaw
I was happily surprised by how thin this case is. I was able to keep it in the breast-pocket of my coat without any detection by my significant other, that is, until I asked said significant other to marry me.The mechanism endured all of my prior openings to look at the ring, as well as to show it to friends. Still works fine, but I could see constant placement/removal of the ring stressing the plastic holding the ring. Now for the one flaw: this case is *perfectly* symmetrical. I'm sure this helps a great deal in manufacturing, but if your ring has front and back because of its design, there's no way to know if you're popping the question with the ring facing the wrong direction. I fixed this with just a small piece of colored tape on the side I wanted to face me.

Cheap junk. I hate that there's nothing better out there.
This thing looks more or less like the pics, but given its build quality and material construction should cost MAYBE $20. Although it is probably the best option given the ALSO overpriced and frankly sad competition, It looks and feels like a cheap plastic piece of junk. The "patented hinge" isn't smooth or precise at all, either. The ring wobbles around when you open and close the box. When fully open, the ring is not at a perfect 90 degree angle with the box. The friction based "push-on" system used to hold the plastic ring holders in place isn't strong enough so you (like me) will have to worry about the ring holding assembly falling off and bouncing around in there when it's in your pocket.Looks nice on the outside, but the cheesy mustache logos ALSO have pictures of diamond rings on them... which if anyone saw is a dead giveaway. Would have been MUCH smarter to be more discrete about what is in the box.I'm utterly disappointed that competition in the market has not put this product to shame and either forced them to lower the price or improve the design and build quality. Frankly it should be metal and the manufacturing precision should reflect the price. The hinge should be tight and precise, and rotate perfectly to 90 degrees every time. Quality materials alone may have allowed this, but there's just too much play in the cheap plastic parts for its function to be reliable. Sure, I only plan to use it once... But I absolutely want that one use to be perfect. And I'm not gonna lie... this cheap feeling plastic box has me a little worried. So although it is OK... And I still plan to use it... I absolutely HATE feeling like I'm getting ripped off. And this product is a blatant ripoff. As of January 2019, this is the best and most practical option I could find (in my opinion). However I urge you to keep looking if you are reading this in the future. Maybe someone will make a quality product by then. Or at least sell it at a fair price, not at the10,000% profit margin that the slimy businessman who "invented" this is charging.

Perfect for hiding you rsecret until the perfect moment
I ordered this as a last minute way to hide the engagement ring I had purchased for my (then) girlfriend. When I picked up my ring and found that the box it came in was about 3 inches thick, I knew there would be no hiding it. We we're going away for a long weekend and I had wanted to keep the ring on me for the whole time, waiting for the right moment to present itself. This slim case allowed me to do so,hiding it in my sock one night and in my pocket next day until.the right moment presented itself. my fiancee was also so mezmorized by the ring twisting up when I opened the case that she barely heard me pop the question! The bottom line is this perfectly served it's purpose and I'd recommend it to anyone with a shred of doubt as to whether they'd need it or not. Excellent product!
