I only had seven months. Had three times called for servers

Trouble from day one
We have had trouble with our freezer from the day it was delivered and it wouldn't cool. They had to service it within the first week. We have had it less than a year and have had numerous issues with it cooling. It is in a temperature controlled environment. No where in the information for this product does it say that it is not covered under warranty if it is not purchased for commercial food service. So now they are telling us that it is our issue to deal with because we are not a commercial food service - a lot of money and a lot of frustration!

looks nice.....clever disguise. tried to get warranty work done on it for 8 months now. they keep telling me that the part is on its way then next time i call the lost my claim and have no record of me calling. keep rerouting my calls now. i tried to submit my review without a star but i couldnt....doesnt deserve 1
