One of the rarest 3 3/4 inch articulated action figures by Hasbro in the GI Joe line, due to very limited production for the 2007 GI Joe Convention. Figure is fully detailed and outfitted as WWE star Roddy Piper, with a helmet. Comes on a colorful card, the reverse of which has a Cobra file card for this character.
