Missing important part letter N, package is very bad and hard to open. Leather is not worn out. If I could give zero I would have given. Asked for are return!

Leather is worn out, white leather color is faded, scratches on the leather as well as metal peaces, the seat back very thin and poorly padded, box is damaged
