CARLITE DB9347YPY 1998-2011 Ford Ranger/Mazda Pickup Sliding Rear Back Glass Slider Window OE with Ford Logo with Tape

This window fit my 1998 Ford Ranger perfectly--in fact, it was exactly the same as the one that was in it (before we broke it and needed a replacement...). My husband and I had never replaced a window ourselves before, but this was easier than anticipated. First you need to remove the old window and clean the area with alcohol to ensure a good seal. Then loosen up the plastic in the interior so you can get to the bolts to bolt the window back in pace. (If you have an extended cab like we do, you'll also need to remove the cupholder that is against the back wall). We didn't know this, but the window comes with the sticky stripping like they use in the factory, and so you don't need to purchase any other adhesive. Really handy. It works well too. You just unwind the roll following the groove around. (It was about 30 degrees when we did this, so we set the roll of stripping on top of the defroster for a few minutes first, but I don't really know if this was necessary). My husband put the window in place by himself and then I held it while he climbed in the cab and tightened up the bolts. The whole process took about an hour (not including the time it took to remove all the glass from the broken window!). We have no problems with leaks or anything else. It looks exactly the same as the window that came with the truck (including the tint shade, which doesn't show up accurately online).Bottom line--I would definitely purchase this product again...but I hope I never have a reason to do so....

Does not properly fit a 2010 ranger. It physically fits the the body but it only has 3 studs to mount along the top and the stock window has 5. So it bows along the top and it is poor quality the tint has spot that is messed up, the latch has glue all over it and the whole assembly is really flimsy. And the biggest thing is it is $80 more then from ford! Wish I would of checked before ordering

This fit my 98 Ranger 4x4 with no problems. They even give you the seal that goes around the outside edge. Very easy to do yourself.
