This works great. It stays put. My dog would (unintentionally) push her last bowl set when she was licking her bowl clean. One time the water part spilled partly. After that, she would leave half her food unless I took it out and held the bowl for her. She didn't want to spill it again. This set solved that. It stays put and allows her to lick the bowl without moving or jiggling the water bowl. I like the fact that everything can be cleaned in the dishwasher. One reviewer noted that the bowls are pretty light. That is true (compared to her last ones) but they work fine. One note, though, the bowls are not very big. I got the largest size, and it's big enough for my 62 pound Pitbull, but it wouldn't be big enough for a larger dog. Overall, it's well designed and stays put. Because it's low to the ground, I would think it would solve the problem some reviewers were having with their cat or dog running around and accidentally knocking things over. I'm happy with it. It works for me.Update - I was concerned that the water bowl wouldn't be big enough for her in the summer, so I tried her old bowl (which is much bigger) and it fits well in it, so I use that. (see pictures) It would fit both larger bowls also, but she doesn't need a larger food bowl. I have mine on an inexpensive no skid rubber mat and that works well with it also.

Love the color it matches what I have bought for the trailer .Having a messy little pug this works out great .Easy to clean like the flexibility of it seams to be well made .And it doesn’t slide all over the place when he eats .

It takes care of business and fits right into the place we had intended for his meals. Blue loves it.

The name gorilla grip made me think that it would grip into the floor. That is not the case. The robot vacuum still is able to move the bowls around but they don’t seem to go as far as the ceramic bowls did. No smell. Have washed multiple times and seems to stand up well. Toddler can easily get the bowls out of the mat.

This is working out great for our kitten. I like to keep water in one bowl, and we use the second bowl for the cat's kibble and/or wet food. When we give her wet food, it's easy to remove the bowl and wash/dry it and fill it with kibble so that she has access to food (and the water) throughout the day. Importantly, I don't notice any smell coming from the synthetic base. There may be a smell if you get really close and sniff it, but I haven't noticed anything dramatic and I'm quite sensitive to chemical smells. So I like this aspect of it.

I purchased this for a 4 lb dog and I wouldn’t purchase again. Quality is “decent,” but it is all very lightweight so it moves and the bowls are ridiculously shallow even for a tiny dog.

I bought this bowl combo to replace a huge, elevated feeding setup that was taking up way too much space in my kitchen. It was getting old and grimy, and it needed to go. This food and water bowl combo is much smaller, which I did read about in the reviews, so I knew what I was getting. However, if you're not prepared, the small size will be a bit shocking.I have a 64 LB Rhodesian Ridgeback/Pitbull mix that eats his food like it's running away from him, and he leaves large pools of water all over the kitchen floor after drinking. Dude is sloppy. We've had this bowl combo for about 4 days now, and I like it. It doesn't move around when he's eating, but it is next to a wall, and I'm sure that helps keep it stable.I like that this set up takes up much much less space and the focal point in my kitchen is no longer my dog's feeding area. This looks clean and obscure, which is exactly what I was going for.

I bought these for my kitten fosters and have been very happy with them. They catch messes with the rim so I can wipe them off or pick up loose food easily to keep their area clean. They dont slide around when being crawled on by babies so it keeps messes to a minimum. The bowls come out for easy cleaning and can be stacked for storage.
