This lovely large Venetian Murano glass lentil bead ( a round bead which has been partially flattened but is not flat) measures 25mm (2.5cm or 1") It is 13mm (1.3cm or just over 1/2") thick. 24k gold foil and ribbons of aventurina (copper) have been applied over an opaque mauve glass base, then rosebuds have been hand painted in molten glass, finally the bead has been encased in crystal clear glass. The pattern is different to both sides and both sides have been photographed. It is enhanced with 14k gold filled beads, a mall faceted Murano glass beads and one gold plated bead. It and comes on an 18" gold plated chain. It will arrive in a gift box.
