Amazing book firstly writer feel that Mj is guilty but after doing research briefly he concluded that Micheal is innocent the book is very well done in terms of research all parts of interviews are there mainly this book is based on 2005 allegations how they come what they impact on Micheal life if u want to know what actually happened then go for this book

THERE ARE SEVERAL PARTS OF THIS BOOK THAT GRABBED ME....BIG TIME! ESPECIALLY WHERE IT TALKS ABOUT MICHAEL BEING CONNECTED TO THE NATION OF ISLAM, AND HOW THEY GOT HIM TO RENT THE HOLMBY HILLS ESTATE FOR $100,000 A MONTH. IT SHOULD NOT HAVE COSTED MORE THAN $25,000 A MONTH TO RENT! DR. TOHME TOHME (NO REAL DOCTOR) TOOK OVER MICHAEL'S LIFE ALSO. IT IS REPORTED THAT MICHAEL WAS SCARED OF HIM, AND WANTED NOTHING ELSE TO DO WITH HIM. HE FIRED TOHME TOHME, AND HE DID NOT TAKE THE FIRING VERY WELL. THIS GUY HAS BEEN KNOWN TO MAKE THREATS TOWARDS PEOPLE IN THE PAST AND MAY HAVE MADE SOME TOWARDS MICHAEL AS WELL. YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY! OTHER INTERESTING STUFF INCLUDE: ONE OF MICHAEL'S DOCTORS ADMITTING THAT HE(MICHAEL) HAD A SERIOUS LUNG PROBLEM THAT WOULD NEED A TRANSPLANT, BUT MICHAEL WAS TOO WEAK TO GET IT, FOUR DAYS BEFORE HIS DEATH, MICHAEL TOLD SOMEONE IN HIS CAMP THAT HE WANTED TO DIE, THAT MICHAEL TOLD HIS DAUGHTER, PARIS NOT TO BE MAD AT HIM IF HE DID NOT MAKE IT TO FATHER'S DAY, AND THE REAL SHOCKER: TWO WEEKS BEFORE HIS DEATH, MICHAEL CALLED A CLOSE RELATIVE OF THE LEGENDARY JAMES BROWN, AND TOLD HIM "GOODBYE." WHATEVER HAPPENED....JUST GET THE BOOK, AND BELIEVE ME....YOU WILL HAVE A HARD TIME PUTTING IT DOWN!

Its a little boring , its all about the child molestation charges.

For those of you out there who are huge Michael Jackson fans, this might not be for you because of how painful and awful his life was, and the fact that he was a full-blown drug addict...Some people can't handle that or just refuse to believe it if the addict is someone close to them, but the fact is HARDLY ANYONE knew the true Michael Jackson; if ANYONE did at all.It's a well-known fact that the people around him only knew bits & pieces of him, and the author has interviewed hundreds and hundreds of these people, who are VERY credible, and the book is a very accurate portrayal of what his life was really like through the eyes of people that were close to him.Of course no one will know who the REAL Michael Jackson was besides maybe his mother, but an extremely accurate portrayal of the man, the myth, and the legend is uncovered in this story.A lot of people don't like it because it goes against a lot of what they thought of Michael, like how the author claims he was a homosexual, he was highly addicted to some of the most addictive and dangerous drugs known to man, and that he WAS NOT a pedophile.Love it or hate it, this man met Michael Jackson many years ago to write this book, and in the process saw his decaying health.This led him to make a statement in January in which he said that in his opinion Michael would die within 6 months.The guy was right, so give the guy a little credibility; he knew what was going on with Michael in his final months.Anyway this is a great read and everyone should go pick this up, even those who hate him- you might see a different side of Jackson that you didn't know was there.

The author started out trying his best to believe all the lies about MJ, to his credit, he came to the same conclusions as the jury. But his empathy for MJ ends there. He tries to portray Michael as a dying man who barely had grocery money..yet today a financial advisor has just come forward with 5 mil he was 'holding" for Michael..I think Mr Halperin really wanted to write a believable book, but in the end, his trashy tabloid persona took over. He does give a vivid account of Michael's last accuser and his family, which if true, makes any sane person wonder why the DA took them seriously. Of course the DA on those cases is another story in himself..Rev.Sharpton got it right when he stated that that Michael was not the "wacko" one, but the people around him ...oh wow! Kind of makes one grateful to be unknown and un-rich. If Mr. Jackson ever finds a final resting place, he, more than most, deserves a peaceful one.
