The long length of this pillow means that you can get more of your torso on it and I think it keeps you from sliding down on the pillow in the middle of the night. The pillow is just the right amount of softness for me and I can sleep comfortably on it all night. I use my regular pillow on top of the wedge (had to prop it up a bit on the top but it works.). It doesn't seem to have any smell at all. Nice quality. I thought the height might not be enough to help with acid reflux, but it does seem to be high enough and it's helping. Nice quality pillow, and I would purchase it again. Suggestion: buy the widest one you can for your bed, especially if you are a side sleeper, and you'll be more comfortable as your arm will not hang off the edge.

For $70 and a local (to the US) manufacturer, I was expecting a higher quality product than what arrived. First of all, it came wrapped in industrial wrap film (rolled over and over the product) instead of a box or even a sealed plastic bag, which was the first red flag.Upon opening the package, I noticed immediately that there were dark stains underneath the cover at the tallest end of the wedge --- after unzipping it, I could see 3 large black stains on the foam. Unsure if some sort of mechanical grease or possibly mold. Tried to clean it off with a paper towel and rubbing alcohol (in case it was mold) and had mediocre results (the photo shows AFTER it was cleaned, it's 1/2 as dark as it used to be). I can see why they say not to wash the foam, because it's soft and crumbly and started to crumble as soon as I tried to clean the spots.In addition, the top memory foam layer is not 1/2" as advertised, but 1/4". I suspect that this foam may be old or possibly used, because the border/edges of the foam are yellowed like they would be on old used foam.At least the cover looked brand new, and as far as smells go, the foam has a bit of that standard foam smell but nothing too bad. The foam itself is very soft (not just the memory foam), I'm hoping it doesn't sink too much. My old wedge pillow that my partner now uses is much firmer, high quality foam for less money --- I bought this one because I needed a lower angle pillow. I wish the other brand had a pillow in these dimensions, because I'd say that brand's pillow is a 9/10 for quality/materials and this one is a 4/10.All in all, not a good experience or product for how much it cost. Buyer beware.

I have an adjustable bed at home, but needed a wedge pillow for when we travel to prevent acid reflux. Other wedge pillows I have purchased in the past have been hard as a rock and very uncomfortable to sleep on, so I decided to try this one based on another review that said it was softer, and I am glad I did. It is firm enough so that it didn't flatten out during the night, but soft enough to be comfortable to sleep on. It is also longer than others I have tried, so the edge doesn't dig into my side or bend my body uncomfortably. It's only a few inches high, so if you need your head raised higher or need a firmer wedge, this one might not work for you, but after a long vacation with no problems and comfortable sleep, I would highly recommend this one to others.

I ordered the large size pillow which was advertised as 38" wide, 36" long, and 7" high. The pillow was just 31" in length, considerably shorter than what I ordered. Buyer beware of this product, for a cost of nearly $130 I would expect a pillow that actually matches the advertised dimensions. I am disappointed in this brand that was advertised as Made in America. Back it goes!

Seems like it should work. as I try to sleep on on back to minimize hip pain during the night. The leading edge only about an inch, and extends long enough to feel as it ought to work. But it starts to feel like a ledge after an hour or so. Never felt good, even after 2 weeks of trying.May try it again if I get really congested with cold or flu, but for now have out it in storage.

I was looking for something that wouldn't have such a severe angle that it hurt my neck, and this one does the job. It's long enough that most of the top half of my body is at a slight upward angle which helps with reflux and snoring.I'm very pleased. Just wish they sold extra covers for it.

After trying several different wedge pillows I finally found the perfect fit. What is very unique and different about this wedge pillow is that the highest point is only 6 inches tall and the angle is a very gradual decline which makes it comfortable for back sleepers and side sleepers. Other wedge pillow have a very steep decline which creates discomfort for side sleepers. Another big advantage is the overall size of this pillow which is perfect in my opinion. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to improve their acid reflex or snoring during sleep.

It's soft and very comfortable, even if you are a side sleeper. It didn't bother my neck or back. It made a huge difference with my acid reflux and I couldn't be happier. It's worth every penny!

I contacted the seller who has not got back to me.My Wedge pillow arrived with a faulty zipper as well as parts of the case actually sewn into the zipper. The pillow also arrived with dirt or some sort of stain on it. I asked for a replacement but no one has complied.I do not recommend this product from this seller.
