I didn't have any problems mounting these, as other reviewers complained about. I installed all ten pairs and everything works well. Four stars instead of five for having three slides broken right out of the package (soft close mechanism broke). However, I contacted the company and they replaced them promptly. I am getting ready to order another 10 pack so I can finish my kitchen remodel project. So what if they don't come with screws. Buy a pack of screws and it is still cheaper than slides from other companies.

Not the best quality drawer slides.
These are not the best quality soft close drawer slides. The soft close mechanism is pretty weak. For me it doesn't close the drawer completely. Second I had to shim out the drawer slides because they were gauging up the wood really bad. I also had one of the slides break on me after taking out the drawer and putting back in a few times to adjust it.

Great, if not a bit of a challenge to install
Somewhat difficult to install (must be very precise and square) otherwise a very good produuct. Does not include mounting hardware but they are half the price of any other self close drawers.

Resist the temptation
I have installed many drawer slides over the years without any issues until I tried to save a buck and get these. Timeline did not allow a return so I fought through the install and got them to where they will suffice.Sloppy operation, tolerances be damned.Never again, go with a name brand.
