Really good supplement

To described the illustration in the listing as 'misleading' is rather understating it. The images used all show what looks to be a screw-top glass jar full to the top with tablets. In fact, it's a plastic tub and the tablets are loitering down at the bottom of it. As part of my reason for requesting them was the fact that they seemed to be in a glass jar, NOT a plastic tub, this is actually mildly irritating. The fact that the container is shown full is merely silly and unnecessary ... all 120 tablets are, in fact, present and correct.Having said that however, the tablets themselves look (and smell) like a perfectly good product ... at a good price - although obviously only time will tell if they work as well as my current turmeric tablets (which definitely help with my joint pains) - but I see no reason why they shouldn't.With the above reservation (or nit-picking, if you prefer) ... recommended.

These seem good value for 120 one a day tablets so would last about four months.I have recently developed joint pains so hopefully these will ease it I have a friend that swears by turmeric she said it helped her enormously. I have only started using these in the last 2 weeks so too early to tell just now as you can see by photo they are the colour of turmeric bright yellow and I’ve found they are easy to swallow they are suitable for vegans. I have read a lot about turmeric being good for you so I’m pleased to try these out and that added benefit of these having ginger black pepper and curcumin appealed to me too as again I’ve read these are good for you too.

These are some good Turmeric tablets from Vitamist. You get 120 Turmeric with ginger and black pepper tablets. Turmeric is known to support joint care, gut health & general day to day wellbeing.. These tablets are made in the UK. They recommend 1 tablet a day so with 120 tablets it will last you 4 months which is really good for the price.

When requesting these I did misunderstand the dosage.Usually, I take 500mg capsules of Turmeric, standardised to 95% Curcumin, two or three times per day. These, however, are 50mg of the same, and thus I need to take 20-30 of these tiny tablets in order to equal the same dosage that I get from the typically dosed supplements out there.I am not sure why you would ever need or want such a low dosage, as clinical trials on Curcumin are almost always on dosages that are 10-30x what these tablets provide.The tub suggests to take one tablet per day. I have been taking and studying Curcumin and other nutritional supplements for about 17 years, reading thousands of clinical trials... and in all of that time have never seen a supplement manufacturer recommend just a 50mg dosage of Curcumin per day.The cost, if you compare to others that offer 10x the dosage, works out to around twice the price that I would normally pay, so I cannot even recommend it for the price.Rather than taking this, I would recommend that you follow the science.For instance, Examine.com recommends;"To supplement curcumin with piperine, take 500 mg of the former with 5-6.7 mg of the latter, thrice a day (i.e., 1,500 mg of curcumin and 15-20 mg of piperine per day).".To get that same dosage from this supplement, you would need to take 30 tablets per day, meaning that this bottle will last just 4 whole days.

You can do your own research about the benefits of tumeric and the other ingredients; my research led me to believe that tumeric might be helpful in reducing swelling, inflammation and associated pain.

The turmeric tablets were are in a plastic tub and not like the jar shown, the tablets are small and very easy to swallow with a sip of water , 2500mg per tablet , probably the most powerful turmeric tablets I've seen so far, especially because you only need one small easy to swallow tablet to gey such a large dose.Sometimes you have to swallow two large capsules of turmeric to get a dose as high as 2500mg, so I'm really impressed with that and they are tasteless and don't smell bad like others I've tried.I take turmeric daily to help with inflammation as i suffer with gout flare ups , turmeric is a natural anti inflammatory that i believe has helped with my condition over the years.The plastic tub is small, easy to store , it has a good lid , I like that is 4 months supply for such a small tub and really small easy to swallow tablets.Definitely a good option if you suffer from inflammation, arthritis and other joint conditions.

Perfect, good amount of ingredients and no after taste . Exactly as expected
