great lure comparable to the mirrorlure twitchbaits, i have caught a few red drum on this lure.

Oh My, what a great lure for winter time spotted sea trout (speckled trout). I found it best to take off the split ring and tie the line directly to the lure. I've lost two lures since the line apparently has a tendency to slip through the split ring and eventually come loose. They are too expensive to lose that way. One can say, "well you should have checked your line in relation to the lure" and you would be correct but I didn't because I was catching fish, big fish and then it was gone. What can I say. Now I have three but one of them have split rings. The way I tie the line to the lure forms a loop and that allows the lure to act as if the split ring were still on it. I probably didn't explain that very well. I love this several others of the Twitchin' Mullet 8 series.

We were slamming schoolies and small blues with this lure.

Great for catch and release

It looks alright in the water and does move along erratically about a foot under consistently. I've probably fished it about an hour thus far and had no bites yet, but hoping I've just had bad timing and location and this lure will get me a bite soon.
