I bought this keychain as a party favor for a family reunion that I was having as I thought what better way to remember the day than with a specially engraved keychain. Besides being just a keychain the tools were very useful and everyone at my reunion loved them! You never know when you would need a scissor or a knife for example so this definitely comes in handy. It seems also to be a very high quality item for the price it is definitely worth it and encourage you to look into purchasing one. It definitely came in handy for me.

First off, we are in the over 75 years age group. My hubby uses a motorized wheelchair and keeps his keys on a lanyard, as seen in the pictures. I thought this would be a great little surprise anniversary gift for him. He loves it. He used it the very day he received it and it attached to his lanyard so he has it with him at all times. He says he wishes he had something like this years ago when he first had to use the chair. His pros: it fits well, it is light weight enough it doesn't add much to his neck, the tools are very useful for (his words) an old geezer. Great little gift for such a reasonable price.Now for my ordering experience, I wasn't feeling too good and overlooked giving the name and color wanted. The company messaged me the next day, but I wasn't well enough to get it for over a week. I responded, but thought my order may have been cancelled. It wasn't and they responded again the next day. They were very helpful and patient with me about the entire miscommunication on my part. The keychain arrived three days later, still within the promised time, so I know it was attended to quickly. I can't recommend them enough and intend to order some for presents for others in my life., since it has worked so well for my husband.

Nice little gift for a small price. Tools are small because the product is small, but they do the job. Keychain itself is sturdy. Had a mix-up in the customization because I didn't follow the rules. Once I fixed that, it was quickly completed and shipped. Looks nice, love the classy "pink" color - it isn't baby or bubblegum. I will definitely come back to this vendor when I need other personalized gifts. Oh, and it isn't 5 stars because I almost NEVER give five stars, and they don't have a 4-1/2.

Great product. I bought on accident when looking for groomsmen gifts back in 2016. My husband liked it a lot, but unfortunately forgot it was on his keys while at the airport a couple years ago, and had to give it up obviously. So I decided to replace it as part of an aniversary gift. Was pleasantly surprised to find that this one is of even better quality.

As a joke one day last fall I started poking through the "personalized" keychains at the local gas station, teasing my foreign-born wife who has a name that's rare even in her home country. "Too bad we can't find one with your name on it," I taunted, "guess we'll have to change your name! Neener neener neener!"Once the swelling subsided and I was able to see out of my left eye again I realized that taunting my wife may not have been the wisest choice that particular day.To make up for my goofy gaffe I started looking around for a way to personalize a keychain without having to spend a zillion dollars and ran into this little gem. I have to admit I was a little skeptical that they could provide a good product for such a low price, but they did! I mean, it's not made out of a silver/titanium alloy or anything, but it's pretty neato for the price. Wifey really got a kick out of it too!

I purchased the key chain in January. It fell to the ground when I was trying to open the door on March 23.. The face came off of it. It is a shoddy product. They will not accept the return. I do not recommend buying anything from them

The man loved this gift for Valentines day. However, it is not engraved it is actually printed or a sticker. Iffy on how long the tools will last.

I thought when buying it was going to be a cheap material, but it turned out to be pretty solid and just as described in the product description and pictures. The name is not a sticker or something like that its in fact embroided in the metal. Highly recommended
