My original hot end basically destroyed itself when the temp sensor failed and hot pla fused solid in the original hot end. Unfortunately I snapped the nozzle off while trying to remove it during the cleanup.This replacement hot end came with the heater rod, temp sensor, a new 0.4mm nozzle and copper feed tube pre-installed in the heater block. I did have to trim the shielding around the thermistor a bit so it would bend tightly enough to fit in the greater assembly. Once trimmed, I reassembled everything, recalibrated , and was back in action. Cool. I thought about 4 stars since I did have to trim the thermistor, but that was a minor operation. I am very happy to be back running well again.

I liked how easy it was to install. I greatly disliked how it sparked and caused an electrical fire in my machine. Will not buy again ill order and wait from flsun also you get three from flsun for 60.

I've been a 3D printing enthusiast for a number of years, and one of the things I've learned in that time is that it's a really good idea to have spare parts on hand to get back and running as quickly as possible when components fail unexpectedly. Although my FLSun V400 is still fairly new, I definitely am grateful to have the opportunity to obtain this spare hot end assembly custom made for my machine!As I mentioned, my intention is not to install this on my machine right now as the hot end is currently working fine. So I can't comment on how well this assembly works. But I CAN say that this unit from HzdaDeve appears to be very well made, and visually speaking it looks like it will fit fine on the machine when the time comes to use it. The leads for the heater and thermistor are the right length, the nozzle seems to have an accurate extrusion orifice (it's nice and round, unlike some inexpensive nozzles I've purchased in the past), and all the parts appear to be properly assembled. It would have been nice if a silicone sock was included as well, but for the reasonable price I can live with the omission.For now, it looks like a winner!

Hot end is always good to have a replacement on-hand to keep you going. This hot end kit is all pre-installed heater cartridge, thermistor, heat block, and nozzle. Looking at it in detail all seems of good quality and properly installed. Nozzle geometry looks good, burr-free giving me good confidence that it won’t be a variable when chasing down print quality. Install was easy - only need to trim a little on the thermistor heat shrink to get it to fit perfectly. Cannot speak to longevity of the components but out of the box all worked well. Priced well and did t run into any issues.

The cover for the heater cartridge that's supposed to cover the connection from the plastic connector to the heating component is not tight, in fact it's very loose. Not something I noticed when I installed this on my printer's hot end. This means it can easily slide up or down exposing bare metal. This bare metal, if it's touching other metal, can short circuit.What ended up happening is that the cover for the connection got pushed or pulled around somehow when I was pulling the plastic connector through my effector to connect it to the printer's mainboard. I didn't notice this because this connection is obscured by the effector housing.When I turned the printer on and started heating up the hotend, this connection shorted against something and it fried a component on the printer's main board.Now my extruder heaters perpetually heat and my printer is useless for anything other than starting fires until I replace the board on it or replace the printer.

whats the point ?no screws cant use it .

I am using this on a FLSUN QQ-S Pro. The product description says that it comes with 2x heating cartridges and 2x thermistors. I received 2 thermistors, but only 1 Heating Cartridge. Package is still sealed.
