The pads are sewn in in a place that doesn't work for my body. A bit of elastic in the shelf bra would be helpful, there's really just an extra flap of fabric inside with pads sewn to it and no support at all. when I get a chance I will add an elastic band in to give myself more support.

cost a lot to return it. will have to keep it.
