Ever since I have purchased this I have not needed any help at all switching out my screw-in piercings. I am able to get them nice and tight so they don't fall out, but they are still easy to remove with this tool.I like to switch out my tragus piercing all the time to match my earrings. So I highly recommend this tool for anybody that likes to switch out their piercings regularly, this makes it SO MUCH easier!

The rings are tiny af for ppl with smal nose buy extra rings with bigger size b4 piercing or ul be stuck like me for weeks untill u can switchbit... I can't get the dam balls on!

too chunky to comfortably/efficiently twist my piercing on. doesn't tighten enough for most standard size piercing threads either. I really just use it to line up the hole and twist it myself or with tweezers
