Q: How long do you leave the device on one area? 20 minutes an area?

As a licensed massage therapist you never leave a cup on for more than 20 minutes. A cup should NEVER hurt when cup is placed. There is some small pulling that can occur, but this is not a pain no gain situation ever. Cups may only be left in a “parked” situation once a week in the area that was cupped. You can cause harm if not used properly. I recommend seeing a license professional massage therapist when using these tools. Watching you tube or thinking I can do this, I always say to people would you want your surgery to be done by someone who watched a you tube video saying “I got this”. Cupping is an incredible tool, but like anything else needs to be used wisely.
