▷ Welcome to the world of 3D MARS for endless opportunities of innovation and design in 3D printing!3D MARS specialize in providing value-for-money 3d printing filament to most 3d printing lover. Our filament is 1.36KG(approximately 2.9LBS, including )which meet most 3d printer owners’ need. And PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) is a safe green material, best for the printing of toys, model and small household items.Hope that our filaments can enrich your experience in 3d printing industry. ➤1.36 KG (approximately 2.9 lbs/ 390 meters) One Spool➤ PLA (Poly lactic Acid) 3D Printer Filament Vacuumed Sealed With Desiccant➤Spool Diameter: 7.87" - Spool Width: 2.56" - Spool Hub Hole Diameter: 2.16"Material: PLA Diameter: 1.75mmDensity: 1.24g ± 0.05g/cm³Tensile Strength: 48.5 MPaBending Strength: 82.7 MPaNotch Impack Strength: 16 j/mMelting Point: 150°C - 165°CPrinting Temperature: 195°C - 220°C (383°F - 428°F)Frequently Asked Questions ①Filaments do not extrude properly? A: Check the running extruder temperature is match with the temperature of the filament extrusion needed. If not, keep trying to set a appropriate temperature. ②How do I store my filament? A: Sealing the filament in a dry storage can effectively prevent it brittle and crack cased by absorbing moisture from the air for a long term. ③ Is your filament tangled? A: Check the spool is installed correctly.Note: - For good shape, please keep your products made by pla away from the things exceeding 60 degrees. - Had better not use it to making thin things or impact the product made by pla because it is frail.

Good filament, will buy again, but watch for joints
Overall this has worked reliably for me without any background in 3d printing. I had a toy pla pen from monoprice and some pla samples that came with it and I find the reliability and quality of this to be better (better mat adhesion, better overall luck with structures with slight overhangs getting the print right). Keep in mind I don't have background yet with much experimenting with temperatures, infill ratios, or basically any of the things most people taking up this hobby either already know or will learn.I'm deducting a star though because I just found a printing project stalled and didn't know why. The extruder was a few mm above the model with a glob of filament on the nozzle, but it had not tipped over the structure. After stopping and starting to diagnose, I found the extruder assembly could not advance the filament, so I backed it out and inspected and found that it seemed there was a joint in the long spool of filament that got stuck (see photo). I'm not very far through the spool and don't know how many more joints like this I may run into, or with what regularity, but this will 100% ruin any project that hits this flaw in the filament creation. My printer (monoprice makerselect v2) says it has printed 312.9m of filament. If I run into another of these, I'll try to update my review to maintain some sense of how common/frequent this might be with these spools (and no news is probably good news, at least regarding my experience with this).

Amazing quality filament at a great price!
Simply amazing filament!I've been a Hatchbox guy for quite some time, them moved over to Ziro3D filament because Hatchbox was always raising and lowering their prices. And half the time Hatchbox was out of stock for what I use most of the time which is Black PLA. Ziro 3d filled that gap. I thought Ziro3D was good filament until I happened upon 3D MARS. Night and day difference between Ziro3D and 3D MARS.1. Nice outer box with press out opening in case you want to keep it in the box while using it.2. Nice air tight packaging once opened.3. Attention to detail relating how it is spooled on the roll by the manufacturer.4. Prints wonderfully at the same Ziro3D settings. (60 deg C bed, 195 deg C extruder)5. No noticeable smell while printing.6, No stringing.7. Layer adhesion is perfect.8. When finished looks more like ABS than PLA.9. Not too shiny. Leans more towards a Matt finish.10. Wish the red was a little redder, is that a word? But far more red than most other brands. Now I have to try the black. Watch for that review soonBottom line. I'm a 3D MARS guy now.

He was very happy to receive this gift in his favorite color
This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. He was very happy to receive this gift in his favorite color. He has used it many times to make different things on his 3-D printer. He says it works great! Very fast delivery service. I was pleased with the price as well. Thank you for great customer service.

This stuff is grade A. No brand X here.
Love 3D Mars. Better than most. Great vivid colors and no tangling so far on any roll like so many other mfg's. Packaged well and did I mention the vivid colors? Love it. Great price, too.

Prints have good layer bonding (improved even more if printing at 195c) ...
note: this is similar to my reviews for the black and red PLA as well, just with updated info pertaining to this specific roll/color; they all print nearly identical and very well.I recently ordered 3 rolls of PLA from 3dMars: Black, Red, and White. I was skeptical at first due to the low price-per-volume, but was willing to give it a shot due to the low price when compared to other PLAs.The filament arrived well packaged, with relevant printing information on the box and the filament sealed in an airtight bag with desiccant. The filament was clean and well spooled, although there were some 'wavy' sections in the filament. However, this had no effect on printing quality or overall performance. Diameter was consistently between 1.74mm and 1.76mm, well within the claimed accuracy. On the printer, I used a printing speed of between 40mm/s and 60mm/s with a nozzle temp of 185c or 190c. The filament printed extremely smoothly, and I was immediately impressed with the print quality. Prints have good layer bonding (improved even more if printing at 195c) and exhibit a nice mild gloss and medium red tone. The red is NOT pinkish, which is good, and has no weird tinting; looks great when printed at the above settings. Attached are some photos of a test print: A spool adapter I designed to fit the 3dMars spools onto my 8mm rod that holds my filament. The red filament printed great, even at a relatively high layer height of 0.4mm. I look forward to using this filament for some other models, and will be trying a paint coat on it soon as well.Comments and Helpful Notes:- filament was slightly wavy on spool, but had no effect on print quality or feeding into nozzle- filament had good accuracy, with variations no larger than +/-0.03mm- filament is a HEAVY spool, so it is necessary to have the proper spool inserts to fit your filament holder rod; without, the extruder may have adifficult time pulling the filament through the nozzle and will under extrude- GREAT value filament; high quality for a bargain price- 1.2kg spool is a nice 'upgrade' from the standard 500g or 1kg spoolsFinal thoughts: The best value filament I've found to date; Prints as well, if not better than Hatchbox, while costing less and providing 20% more filament on one spool. I will absolutely be buying more of this filament in the future.A comprehensive and more in-depth review of this filament, as well as other colors, will be posted on my blog soon. I will update this review once that is done.
