EShine 24 Watt 12V DC Power Supply Adapter with 3.5mm x 1.35mm Plug for LED Under Cabinet Lighting (White)

I purchased these lights 4 years ago, a set of two strips with the motion detection, I also purchased an additional strip. Over time the power supply couldn't handle the extra draw from the additional lights, eventually it died. I saw that they made a higher current one, so I bought it. The description said it is 24 Watts, the power supply I received was only 18 Watts. Only 1.5 Amps, when I thought I was purchasing 2 Amps. The power supply should work fine, because the older one that was only 1Amp worked for years, so I'm not worried, I just was hoping for a little more safety factor by getting one that was 2 Amps, not 1.5.

Under cabinet lights quit working, this took care of it

I swapped this white cord in for a black one. The light works perfectly and the white cord is a lot less visible in my kitchen.

I installed some of these under my kitchen cabinets, where the counter was too dark for my taste. I skipped the area over the range, thinking the microwave light would be adequate. I had to buy a larger power supply, and a 20" strip, to provide lighting to the cooking surface. Minor bad-on-me, I got the warmer-colored lights for the stovetop.Anyway, to get these lights where you really want them, you need to either loop the thin (low voltage) cables up somehow, or shorten/lengthen them by splicing (which is what I did). I strongly recommend these lights: they are very easy to install with adhesive strips or screws; they are very bright; and the hand waving activation is great when your fingers are covered with enchilada sauce. To tuck the wires out of sight, I also used several of the smallest size "Command Hooks". I'm sure there are other brands - small hooks with removable double-sided adhesive pads.

The power pack to power my under counter lights was dead! Plugged it in multiple outlets to text lights but the power source simple did not function!

I initially gave a poor review because the motion sensor didn’t work. The problem was I plugged it in on the wrong side. I failed to follow directions and blamed the manufacturer instead of my own stupidity! I still cannot get the dimmer function to work but my wife is satisfied and I will change my recommendation to positive!

I installed 3ea 20 in and 2 ea 12 in eshine led light bars under my cabinet and, according to the manufacturer's power consumption needs, needed the higher 24 watt power supply. My lights work perfectly. The dimmer dims up and down with no problems. The lights can be on for hours and there's no excessive heat from the plug or wire.If you're using more than 3 of the eshine light bars in series and want to have them function as they're supposed to, then you'll want to upgrade to this power supply. Overall I am very satisfied.

I had purchased an eshine under cabinet light system 3yrs ago and the power adapter went out. I use it 24\7 for 3 yrs sibu can't complain. I've purchased numerous kits and installed them on friends and families houses and they all absolutely love them. I can't recommend that you shine under cabinet lighting enough.

A while ago, I purchased under-cabinet lighting (bars). Although they are pretty much white (aluminum and opaque plexiglass) the manufacturer (made in China) supplied these with black cords why??). Not only that, but the prongs on the adaptor were also in the wrong orientation (for me, at least). When I renovated my kitchen, I had a socket installed right under each upper cabinet section since I planned to install under-cabinet lighting). My sockets are installed horizontally (in order to obscur them from vision as much as possible in my white kitchen). I was looking for a cord/adaptor in white with the prongs orientated in such a way that the adaptor is horizontally aligned with the socket. I purchased only one as I was not sure if it will work but it does and now I am ordering a second one. Such a little thing but it made me very happy.
