Took one to Lake Havasu but the locking clip broke while trying to secure it.. never got to use it. I have the other left but didn't bring it along.. will see how it hold up next. Quality was not what I expected.. would not purchase again.

I used one for fewer than 5 times before the plastic bar across the top fell apart. The 2nd one I used for the first time today and it fell apart. I reassembled it but it wouldn't hold. Cheaply made.

Very convenient to carry on my neck at the amusement park. It did protect my phone from getting wet, and I was able to take photos with my phone, without taking it out from this case.

I am surprised and very pleased a how well the waterproof cases works. I did test it first. Now I feel assured that our phones will be safe around the pool and at the beach this summer.

Did a great job protecting phone during pressure washing the house. Haven't tried it under water yet.

They work great. Put it in the cooler while at the beach and my phone did not get wet. Was very surprised.

I was very disappointed when I brought these on my recent trip to Cancun. On the 2nd day of our trip, both sides of the clasps broke off one of the cases leaving it unusable. After that one broke, I did not feel safe using the other in case it broke while I was using it at the beach or in the ocean. Is there any way to get a refund of the item?
