1st received damaged item then the new replaced item not working with any software of voice recording. and when attached the system is getting hanged. and return or refund policy is not there.

Al parts are in good condition but while recording in studio it is making a lot of noise like zzzzzzzzz we cannot dub anything with the noise... I have replaced one time and the problem is not solved yet.. I think it is not a good product 😕
