bought 2 of them thinking it would be amazing to keep one in each vehicle in case of an emergency. Lesson learned because it DOESNT work

This was purchased by my family for Fathers Day in 2017. I had no need to use it when I received it last year. I recently tried this in our 3 cars with 2 different versions of software and it did not work at all in any of the cars. I wrote back this week to see if Meter LLC would replace or refund and they would not since it is past the Replace/Refund window.....but I thought it had a one year warranty ???

It works through your phone through Bluetooth or something you just have to download the app it's pretty decent it told me that I needed a new EGR valve which I actually do

It works, but the app for it is poorly designed. Has some good features, but not super user-friendly, and it is clear that some of the language got lost in translation from Chinese(I think) to English

Great little tool. Code displayed on my phone within 5 mins of opening the packaging. Solid little of equipment.

Horrible!!! I think I may have gotten a defective product. It will not communicate with any vehicle ECM!!!
