I used this myself for pain relief EXCELLENT PRODUCT but requires a lot of work but worth it
I did like the product BECAUSE THE PRODUCT WAS SO EFFECTIVE in its PAIN RELIEF BECAUSE of the quality of the product I did like it; HOWEVER IT IS BULKY and requires a lot of cleaning and also care. Overall I would use it but for a person who has OTHER ISSUES, say, MOBILITY issues this is not a good product. You have to get it to the freezer and pack and unpack the ice bags,, freeze and refreeze them and also clean the bags before putting them in the freezer. So that is something to consider

Best Ice Pack for Ankles
I have had 2 reconstructive surgeries on one ankle....when I stand for long periods of time it swells and hurts like crazy...to the extent I cannot walk sometimes. This is the first ice pack that will wrap all the way around my ankle and it ices the entire ankle all at one time. Cuts my ice time by 2/3. It is a life savor in my line for sure! This is the 2nd set of these I've ordered....I left 1 in a hotel freezer when we were out of state last fall. I love this product!

Portable pain relief with heavy duty ice packs!
I love these! I have back paid and used to use a flat ice mat for cooling food. Now I can walk around with the cold on my back and move it up or down as needed. It comes with an extension for those with a wider body. The heat/cold gel packs are in a heavy duty material that will be difficult to puncture or leak. Incredible for the money!!!

Easy to use and work like a charm!
I used these as ice packs after a lower back surgery. They were fantastic in relieving my pain and I was able to use the Velcro wrap to walk around with ice on my back. They quickly get cold in the freezer too!

The ice packs are very sturdy and just what i needed. unfortunately for me the strap is a bit itchy and bothersome but still works with a bandana.

Helpful for Back Pain
This product was perfect to use on my lower back and was so easy to take out of the freezer, put on, and go. It really heped my back on long distance driving trips and anytime I gardening or vacuuming.
