Wanted one after trying this at my son’s house.Pieces go together easily so it’s adjustable so different sizes.After using for a few minutes, you really feel like you’ve done decent exercises.So good t have a hula hoop that doesn’t fall down.

Sturdy well made product
This was super easy to put together and to adjust size.Seems to be working well so far and i really feel like I am getting a work out but I have to say I didnt realise how noisy it would be , it has a rattle the whole time I am using it when the weight is spinning through the mechanism so just thought i should mention it so others are aware !I also feel like it would be good if there were different weight options available as I am starting to find it too light ? But i am working out in the gym so perhaps its just me

Absolute pile of crap! I cannot do this I've watched videos how to do it and still can't the weight starts fine then just jams

If you keep up with it, I can imagine it would work. It is very loud and it takes a bit to get used to it. I feel like it's just another one of those stupid exercise tools that people stupidly buy into that they then don't use after a few tries.

Fun to use
I couldn’t figure it out at first, so watched a few TikTok’s and needed to take some of the detachable knots off so it was tighter around my waist then I was good to go! Lots of fun once you get the hang of out, it is quite loud so maybe pop on some headphones :)

Only down side is the noise
Love this, my adult kids love it, the dogs love chasing it - the kids have been going really fast (like scarey fast - the show offs) but it tested the stability and sturdiness, and since I cant get that fast, I dont worry about the ornaments!PS the dogs learnt quickly that it's not for chasing (No animals were harmed)!

Leider zu lauf um es zu nutzen
Cooles Teil, aber leider so laut, dass man keine Lust hat es zu nutzen. Der Umfang lässt sich gut einstellen und an sich funktioniert es.
