I have this new bread machine, and the Fleischman's yeast in the three packet sets you buy at the grocery store was working a bit weakly, compared to when I baked bread by hand and rehydrated one of those same packets before kneading the bread by hand. This was the recommended variant, so I will soon know if the difference is worth the effort.
