I’m sorry… WHAT?!
Yeah.. totally did not see this couple coming.. like at all! This whole storyline blew me away. Lexi seems like she’s such a tough girl, and while that’s true, I am in love with her softer side, and her vulnerability makes her a fantastic character. Sterling was the wild card triplet because he kind of blended in compared to the other two, but he sure stood out in his book for sure. I love how far back Lexi and Sterling go, it was unexpected but in the best ways. These two really got each other. Fake dating is one of my favorite tropes and Mr. Silver did not disappoint. I wasn’t expecting the storyline with the dean to go where it did, but I think Rachel did a great job of navigating the whole situation. The chemistry was scorching hot, the banter was so fun, and the journey was an emotional one. I love how the crew is so tight knit, a true found family. The Golden Boys deserve all the HEA’s and the strong women showed them they needed to be worthy. Love this book and the whole series. I still need to know who Pandora is.. so off to the next book for more clues! Go start the series, I highly recommend it!

Dang
Man, I'm not one for second chances, but it panned out for Sterling and Lexi. Of course, it had to start off rough, and he broke her, but I guess he wound up fixing her as well.

Mr. Silver was definitely GOLDEN!
I’ve been waiting on this one for what feels like forever! So when it finally showed up on my Kindle while I was reading another book, it gave me the incentive I needed to finish it up FAST!Mr. Silver is the story of Sterling and Lexi and man, what a story it was! The premise was definitely an intriguing one, and you just knew that they’re path to happily ever after would be inevitable.Lexi has been through her fair share of heartbreak and rejection, most notably at the hands of Mr. Silver himself. Sterling also has his own mess going on with his Dad and a sexual predator he’s had to deal with for a good few years of his life. These two coming together wasn’t meant to go further than pretend, but with the shared passion, the depth of their unavoidable friendship, a relationship - real one - was a natural progression.I kind of wanted the progression to be a little more rocky and tenuous, culminating in a chaotic coupling. Blame me loving Lexi’s hard as stone and always ready with a fight personality. I needed more fight from them when they finally got together. Sterling was also surprisingly sweet - which I loved, don’t get me wrong - but I just wished for more push and pull between them to REALLY sell the enemies to lovers trope for me.Over all, Mr. Silver was definitely GOLDEN! A great read. I can’t wait for the next story from the Golden Crew.....will it be Ricky and Dez?? Please, God, yes! 🙏🏾

Loved it
I really loved this book, fake relationships are the best. It was a powerful story with lots of depth and character and an all to real situation. The book was done to perfection. Please read, you won't be disappointed.

Great read
This book was an amazing read, its one of those books you have such a hard time putting down. Even though this is a standalone I do suggest you read each book from the series. That way you have more background on what is going on. Either way you read it, I definitely recommend!

Awesome
Ok here we go! While I really loved this book the only thing I had issue with was I did not read the other 4 books. Yes, I know that's all on me. It does say to read the others just so you can get have a grasp on the workings of the characters, setting, & the overall stories to each character, I just figured I would see how this one went before really committing. However, with all that said I'm not sure if I'll continue. My reasons are: one- what happened with MS. Harrison?, two- what happened with her bio-dad?, three- what about his dad? or his mom?, four- what about the vet? Did she tell Sterling about what happened with him? I could go on & on but don't want to bore you more with it. There's just so many questions & yes they're probably answered in the rest but I think their story needs finished before adding more. I did really love this book & I immensely enjoyed Lexi's attitude. I would recommend but definitely read the others first & maybe let me know how it ends. I personally don't enjoy when the story leaves me with more questions.

Another golden book
I thought West would remain my favourite. But Sterling has so much more than I thought going on. I wasn’t sure if Lex was who I pictured him with but as I got to know her character better the more I loved the match. The history between them just made everything even better. I’m so happy that there will be another book for this ‘family’ of friends.
