GOOSE LIVER WHAT?
CERTAINLY NOT THE GOOSE LIVER WE EXPECTED, MAYBE OUR TASTE BUDS ARE GETTING OLD, BUT NOTHING WE ADDED-SALT, PEPPER, SPICES IMPROVED THE TASTE. SO WE DECIDED THEY JUST WERE NOT DANISH GEESE AND ATE IT ANYWAY

Actually they were not real goose liver,they are pork liver pate.Of course goose liver is more expensive!Taste's OK for me though delivery fee is too high!Unacceptable because they're from NY(inside US);

Giovanni is a good party pate
It's a great price pate for guests and parties.. And as a snack it a a rich flavorful but not too fatty taste pate......Great on crackers and and rice cakes..

Honestly.............I used to buy this frequently before they stopped caring it in my grocery store. So I was actually quite excited to see its availibility online! I'm not exactly sure what's up with it, but it has absolutely NO taste whatsoever......very big disappointment :o(
