I bought this to cut the loaves from my Panasonic bread maker. It works really well and you can see from the pictures it leaves you with neat even slices. I’m not sure what the issues were with the lower ratings but I thought it worked great. Just make sure you look at the photo of how it’s meant to look so you can make sure it’s set up properly

Does the job

The bread cutting part is good and helps well.

Found it rather big for homemade bread, sides do not adjust, so they don't hold the bread firm, when cutting the slots are too large and it slides around like anything when cutting.I would not recommend.

This really helps with cutting bread the correct thickness. Simple to use grips the bread well and we'll made, will last for years

Quite well made and fairly easy to use, easy to clean, a good purchase.

The whole thing just wants to collapse in whilst slicing the bread. Slices manage to have bits missing and you have to remove loaf from slicer to cut right through.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I'm still not getting even slices. The loaf squashes and folds as I attempt to cut, and half the slices are missing their middles. I get about four reasonable slices per loaf and the rest is more like bread shavings. Brown bread is sturdier and a little better but white bread is a mess.
