Perfect for our needs
I have the 11S and I love it. But I was really wanting something with a mop as well. This works amazing for our space. And it runs daily. I have moved the 11S upstairs as I still love it after 2 years. This mop is very smart it truly knows where it has been and where it needs to come back to.

Buy it! I never thought I’d love a robot so much!
I’ve never owned a robot vacuum before but after a friend who also has pets swore by his robot vacuum (I forget which brand he has) I took the plunge. At first it was funny watching the thing navigate around my dining room table and chairs, thinking ‘wow this thing is gonna break with the amount of bumping into things it does’ but after about a week it’s learned to navigate the house pretty efficiently! Also just the level of fur on my floors is about 98% less than it was before I bought the thing. It’s great at getting random little spots I would either miss or couldn’t get into with my Dyson V6.I run it every other day in the morning and it usually has to return to the base station to charge 2 times to complete my whole house, which is 1400 square feet. One thing that surprised me, and made me happy, was that it’s able to see the magnetic strip if you place it down near a part of the house where you don’t want it to go. For me that’s in front of the basement steps, which remains open so the cat can use the litter box down there. I purchased a magnet strip from another seller (not Eufy brand but a generic one that said it worked with Eufy) and mounted it by the top of the stairs and it recognizes it and avoids the tumble perfectly. Would have been nice to have a magnet strip included with the vacuum but not a big deal. All in all I’m super satisfied with this thing! It’s pretty quiet and wildly efficient. Emptying the bin is far less painful and messy than emptying the canister on my Dyson and I’m convinced it’s doing a better job overall.I can tell that my allergies have gotten better, my HVAC’s air filter is less dirty, and I honestly don’t think it’s ever been so clean under my bed/couch/buffet/dining room table.Haven’t tried the mop function out yet but will update once I do!

It works great!
I convinced my mom to try it out and it's been a great investment. Works perfectly in her small ranch house with wood laminate flooring throughout, and handles the bathroom rug like a champ. The mopping feature does not replace mopping, it's more of a damp mop, not cleaning, but it cleans up footprints and collects any dust the vac left behind, which is very minimal. You can definitely see the difference. The app works well and it's a pretty smart lil robot. It used to bump into everything but it has learned where things are and no longer bumps into the walls, doors, etc. It also runs in mostly straight lines now, and has learned to "go home" without wandering. It bumps into the sleeping dog and she doesn't even bother to wake up. 🤣🤣

Low Quality
After 7 months of light use, the battery is dead. Contacted the customer service, they will send a new battery to try. My concern is that I could get a new battery because I'm still under the warranty, how about after another 5 months? If the battery dies again I'll pay from my own pocket. My advice STAY away from such Chinese companies, pay more and get a famous reliable brand.

We named our's Larry!
Ok, at first I was skeptical. But the wife wanted one, so here we are. We named our's Larry. Larry's not the brightest and has a lot of trouble under the dining room table. We have a short-haired dog and Larry gets all the fine hair we don't really notice. FYI, dog will follow your eufy around at first, then won't care. I recommend getting as powerful a suction as you can afford. And expect the battery to die at about one-year. Replacement batteries are cheap and easy to swap. Keep it clean, blow-out the air-filter and you won't have problems.
