Compact and easy to use
Nice little scale, super compact fits in short pocket just as a pack of cigarettes would. User guide says it doesn’t need calibrated prior to first use, but I did calibrate it to ensure an accurate weight.

The knife is a rip off
The mini scale I purchased In thus order I was extremely pleased with the Damascus steel knife not so much the handle broke in multiple places within the first few days of having it and the blade isn't really Damascus steel either

I give it 2 stars for turning on battery back lid won't stay closed hence batteries fall out I bought plenty of $15 scales in there all of higher quality they could definitely put a little more effort into this making it's like a cheap toy you know you got imagine if you got a scale that's going to be going in your pocket and around or whatever it's like dude the back of this thing won't even clip shut for a second junk you just might as well take the batteries out of it every time you want to use it cuz if you put it in your pocket you're going to have to pull the batteries out of your pocket anyway you know you could tape it but that would be gay you could super glue it but you don't have to change the batteries out you know it's like I'm not trying to be a dick here but come on man

Magnetic doors keep the item closed, and a surprisingly large screen makes it easy to read from afar - with blue backlighting that can be turned off without turning off the device, which is huuuuge for saving battery life as well as maintaining discretion if the device's operator happens to be in a vehicle at night, in a tent, or visible somehow to anyone except the operator of the device and his/her trustees.The device's accuracy is really good! The platform is so large compared to what I expected as well. I honestly expected to sacrifice ease of use and accuracy for safety with this one but as it turns out, a plastic 16oz solo cup DOES NOT touch the device's case found at the perimeter of the silver platform, causing no interference with the correctness of weighed objects.Very very happy with this item. I do, however, think an actual pack of cigarettes could be skinned onto the outside by hand in order to get the correct texture/way the light bounces off it so that its disguising properties would gain strength.
