I have tried several anti-chafing creams, but this is the only product I've used that consistently works! I had horrible chafing under my sports bra when I ran long distances - now I just put this on under the bra band, and on the underside of the bra band, and have ZERO chafing issues. I've also used it on my feet in the areas that tend to be hot spots or are prone to blisters - and I haven't had any issues since. I've tried other products (Body Glide, Run Goo, Gold Bond, Vaseline) but this is the only one that works consistently. Also - it's been healing the skin discoloration I had from previous sports-bra chafing. This little container has lasted me a long time. I won't buy anything else!
