Outdoor String Lights
Lights work great and have lots of color options/modes. Installed (3) 48 ft string lights around the perimeter of the backyard fence and it took my yard to the next level. Customer service was great as well I actually had to reach out for help and they were extremely helpful and responsive.

Great set of lights for camping or patios!!
We bought one set of these for camping and enjoy them more than expected!! The kids love the music/voice control setting, as well as choosing different colors or patterns each night. I purchased a second set, after our first camping trip, and I was so glad I did!! The second set connects easily to the original set by removing one sensor and plug, which is simple, and removing the cap on the end of the other strand. That way, one remote will control the entire strand of lights, and the colors and patterns work together, like one large strand!! During our second trip, a major thunderstorm developed (torrential rain with flooding, high winds, possible large hail, and possible tornadoes), and I even left the campsite, because of it, which I rarely do. When I returned, I discovered the lights were still working great, so they are definitely weatherproof and durable!!! I purchased a timer, so they turn on and off automatically each night. When they turn back on, they go to the last setting (color/pattern), when the lights were turned off, which is great! The brightness is perfect for our needs, and I could see the pretty lights shining through the trees, when I was walking along the road, after dark. I received many compliments from other campers in the area, too. Some colors are brighter than others, and they did light up our entire campsite, which was large, but the individual bulbs aren’t as bright as lanterns, in case that’s what you are needing. (Be sure to increase the brightness, in case the setting was low.) I bought tree hooks to hang the lights, since we use them for camping, and it was so easy to set up and take down the lights, using the hooks!! The strand has loops on the top of each bulb, so you can hang them easily on hooks or nails. Each set comes with a remote and an extra bulb. Batteries are not included for the remote. There isn’t a way to change the light settings without the remote, but the sensor does remember the last setting, in case the remote is misplaced. Obviously, since I bought a second set, I highly recommend these! I bought a similar set, which I thought would be the same thing, but the quality wasn’t as nice as the Gana sets.

Loved these for 3 months.
I really liked these lights when they worked. I couldn’t wait for summertime to be sitting on the deck with the different color lights depending on the mood. The lights were cute and nice colors sometimes they’d go on by themselves and that was weird but after 3 months they don’t go on at all. These were not labeled as disposable or one time use so I expected more use of this product. Im really disappointed in this product.

Overall great
I bought a set of 4 of these all linked together. To my surprise, they only consumed about 15W total - much lower than I was expecting considering the amount of bulbs. I have mine connected to a 12v battery so keeping the power draw to a minimum is important to me. If you have to splice the connector with a different one, the wires are color coded. When hung maybe 7-9ft overhead, they illuminate the ground below you about as much as a sodium vapor street lamp would. So - not all that bright but definitely bright enough to read something or see where you're going. The warm color is nice and the overall appearance of the individual bulbs don't make it so obvious they're LEDs. They feel rather durable, the connectors are waterproofed with a sturdy locking mechanism, and the distance between each bulb is good. There are two downsides though:1. One of the 4 strings I bought must've had some QA issues, because the weight of just 8 bulbs was enough to break the circuit. I narrowed down to a single bulb, where you could gently pull on either side of the wire to disconnect it. I alleviated this issue by ziptying the wires to the loophole so the connector inside wasn't under tension. However, it gets me to wonder how much tension the others can support. I wouldn't be surprised if the weight of a squirrel would be enough to undo other connections. This leads to the other issue that other reviews pointed out: these are connected in series. So, when one goes out, they all go out. A series connection also means that the far end is going to be dimmer than the beginning of the string. It's not a big difference; even with 4x 48ft strands, you have to look pretty hard, but it's something to be aware of. I'd recommend powering each individual string independently if possible, since then you'll be less impacted by this con. In my case, they're illuminating a walkway, so I can't easily power them independently.

Hardwired it, zero issues!
Used these lights to illuminate our chicken and rabbit pens. Hardwired to my solar setup and hooked it up to the switchboard, these bright lights work great with a flip of the switch.Note: to hardwire, just cut the 12v car plug off and strip the wires. It's that simple.
