Subpar shipping
The quality of the letters is fine, but I have no idea what the shipping department was thinking when they folder the letters in half to fit into a smaller envelope. Of course, the letters that were bent were the ones that I needed. So buy the letters but not from this seller.

These seem fine, but they are not the color I needed. The photo is deceiving.

Letter get distorted when trying to remove. Useless!
Can’t use the decals when they are not cut correctly and don’t come out easy. When you take them out they get twisted and have to be thrown away. I will be returning them.
