Broke without any pressure at all - STAY AWAY
I bought this for my 2004 F-250 6.0L Powerstroke to test for High Pressure oil leaks. I started screwing it into the ICP sensor port and without any pressure at all I felt the threads shear right off, and my heart sank to my stomach. The fitting wasn't even half way in the port. Luckily I was able to back the broken off threads with my hand or this would have cost me a lot more money with having to buy a new fuel rail. The broken piece had what it looked like as powder in the inside, it doesn't seem to be an actual brass fitting. Please save yourself time money and a heart attack and stay away from this product.

worthless
waste of time the brass adater is the same thread on the female side as the male no 1/4npt as advertised would screw into the oil rail but no air fitting would fit the female side

Great Purchase
Worked great to test the High Pressure Oil System, in my 05 6.0, for leaks. I read a review where someone was saying it is super cheap and they snapped it off in the ICP hole while threading it in. I can't imagine that happening unless you are really tightening it down way more than needed; the o ring will seal it, just put it in snug.

Started off by band tighten the adapter. Grabbed a socket and didn't even make it a 1/16th of a turn and the cheap metal sheared off. I was able to back it out with my hands after it sheared off, that's how little it took. Get a real adapter, this is cheap metal that wont even hold tight enough to let pressure build.

6/0 powerstroje fittings
Really good oroduct abd good price. 1/4" male air fitting threaded right in both pieces perfectly. Dont know why people were saying they couldnt. Worked good for me. Cheap easy way to test high pressure oil system on 6 .0 as long as you can close the ipr with a scan tool. Saves time from pulling ipr and useing that air fitting. Have both and both do same job.

I put the fitting in, threads totally straight and didn't even have it snugged against the O-ring and it sheared. I was lucky enough to get an easy out in it or else I would have been screwed out of an oil rail.
