A good idea that could use a modification.
This product is a good idea. In my woodworking hobby, I often find the need to accurately transcribe angles. Prior to this tool, I could do only one angle at a time. My first order came in with a stripped thread on one of the black hinge screw and nut assembly holding the four corners. Three locked down nicely but the fourth would not tighten. The entire tool is made from plastic. The plastic hinge screws and nuts may be a trouble spot in the future, especially with a lot of use. I think it would be better if these hinge screws and nuts were made from a harder plastic or even metal. I contacted the Seller and explained the problem along with a picture. I would have accepted a replacement hinge nut and screw but they sent me a new tool. The new tool works as advertised. Only time will tell how well it holds up but for occasional use this template tool will work just fine. Thanks to the Seller for promptly replacing the broken template tool.
