I did alot of research on different sealants. I installed a metal building on a concrete slab and I used this under the bottom rail to prevent water from getting into the building. Works great and says it will last a long time. Very happy I used this product.

This is the best caulking sealant out there. Very flexible and adheres extremely well to most everything. But still paintable. If you want a caulk that will last , this is the one. A little extra cost, but it applies so easily and performs so well, less can be used. This results in a lower installed cost. You can not go wrong with this! Was packaged well and quick shipping. Competitive price and caulk gun was a bonus. Good quality gun.

I ordered this product for outdoor fixture. Unfortunately our weather in NY has changed a lot and for some reason I was getting water into the apartment to to some crack on outdoor walls. This did the trick and sealed all this cracks. Looking for something that does the work on sealing. Look no more !!

Seems to go a lot further than the self leveling stuff. Easy to work with. Will never buy self leveling again

Works well. Apply it thick and it’s a great sealant. Not much else to say.

I used it for ceiling joints on a large Workshop that I am rain proofing. Seems to work well.
