Bought this then returned it cause the items seemed very cheap in quality and did not feel sturdy. I do a lot of grilling and it did not seem like these would hold up to weekly grill usage.UPDATE: image my surprise when I checked my email and saw an email from this company offering me $50 to change/take down my negative review. Very very shady and underhanded.To further elaborate on my review, this item did not feel heavy duty at all like the description says. The handle felt hollow and light and did not feel like a solid piece of stainless steel. My father has a set similar to this except the handle is wooden. My experience with his after many years of using it is how I could tell this item will have the same issues that his tools have. After being used for a short period of time, the steel would begin to soften and bend when flipping a burger. The tons did not grab very well, and the cleaning brush would bend as well.I highly recommend not buying this product. When it comes to grilling, it is better to go for something a little bit more expensive and better quality than go with something because of convenience.

So, my husband is the grill king around here. He likes to grill and I love for him to do it! Haha!! The problem has been he needs the longer utensils but doesn't like them huge. He likes something he can handle with precision and it not be bulky and awkward. I have given him smaller utensils that I use in the kitchen and they aren't long enough - he ends up with some singed hair. I have given him the "grilling tools" that are "manly" and they are too big and bulky not to mention they are the devil to store.I was excited to get this kit and see how it measured up and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it!!! It is absolutely perfect for all our grilling needs!! It is the in between size that is absolutely perfect for precision mixed with distance from the heat. It has all necessary utensils plus some! Not to mention the fact that it stores beautifully in this hard case that easily stores most anywhere! I will be throwing out all the other bulky grilling utensils that we have and this will be our go to from now on!!

I was a bit excited for this one, as I read other reviews. I compared this to other similar kits too. I chose this as it had the corn holders, and a bbq brush, and this looked a bit thicker than some. I’m using this as my camping set, so the case was enticing as well.Bottom line: the tools are ok. The spatula is a bit thin and bent with my usage. The tongs are ok, but I dropped chicken strips a few times, felt the pinch power was a bit off. The knife is actually pretty good. The bbq brush melted under heat, resulting in copper brush pieces ending up in the bottom of my bbq. The corn handles didn’t stay in our corn, too wide.The case: it opens and closes well, looks great, but two of the elastic straps are broken (one was broken on arrival).

The long handles keep your precious mitts from smoking over the hot coals along with that steak. I sharpened the long handle meat fork to make piercing that New York a little easier. The fork could be just a little beefier and the fifth star would light up. The knife needs the usual initial sharpening and seems to hold a pretty decent edge with a true and straight cut. The extra wire brush head is a keeper. The tongs are nice n long but could be just a little heavier. But, hey, whose complaining. This kit does exactly what it's supposed to do. Get the meat to the table. and it does just that while looking totally professional. All in all for the price, you too can wow your guests and look like you really know what you're doin at the hot box. Your wife will admire you, your friends will envy you. And most of all, your friends wives will respect you! Get these babies and throw a party next week!

We bought this BBQ set last year and have used it many times since then! I picked this set after looking through a lot of different options. I felt like this set had the best combination of tools and had good reviews and a fair price.Pros: We use most of the tools. Having the grill cleaning tool is key since we live in an apartment and share a big grill with the other residents in the community. The tongs, brush, knife, and spatula are also well made and quite handy to have as well.Cons: The metal skewers fall apart and are tough to handle after they get hot on the grill. The aluminum case looks quite nice but warped on us after we got caught in some rain.Overall: We are happy with the purchase and thought it was a great value. Would purchase again.

I spent hours reading reviews and settled on this set. I'm happy with it. The basting brush coming with two different heads, is nice. We leave the grill brush out with the grill. I bought a 'chefs fork pro' for taking meat temps from Brookstone and it fits perfectly where the grill brush was. Bonus! The spatula and tongs and such seem sturdy. I can't imagine cooking anything these tools couldn't handle. All of the straps were intact and hold everything tight. I am pleased.

If I could give no stars I would. I purchase for Christmas, item came in a box with all my other items exposed so the case was a bit knocked around. Upon opening the case all the small fork pieces were loose inside, scratching all the other utensils. They appeared to just be thrown inside. So after letting all this slide I fix it up and wrap it and place it under the tree. Christmas Day comes by brother in law opens it says he loves it! And closes it and goes to hold it buy the handle and the handle falls off and all the screws go everywhere. Terrible item. I should have known after all the other red flags.
