Wow! This stuff totally transformed some airfried chicken wings. Pat chicken bits dry, pop some teaspoons of Old Bay into a plastic bag or container, stick in chicken, get it all coated, take out, rub it in evenly. 200f on air fryer, skin down for 12 mins or so, turn over for another blast 12 mins or so. Simples! Subtle spicy crispy coating, succulent chicken. This seasoning is a total winner!!

Similar to KFC spice mix. I mix it with cornflour, semolina, olive oil and soy sauce to make a marinade for tofu. 12-14 minutes in the air fryer. Yummy 🤤

I bought this to use for cooking. Family really like the flavour it adds to the dishes and the seasoning adds versatility. I think it’s good quality and good value for money. Smells decent and is an okay size. Knocked a star off as the design of the lid makes it harder to access. Other than that, no complaints.

Good seasoning

Small tin but packed with wonderful spices. Works a treat for any marinating.. or if you’re air frying or baking.. Such a lovely flavour.. not salty and food is oh so yummy! Wished the tin was larger but hey, good things come in small packages and it’s good value for money. If you do a lot of cooking and baking you’ll have to buy a dozen of these. Just my take on things. I love the tin though as once its lid is on, it’s super air-tight which keeps the spices fresh.
