Fixable but…
It was fixable but it came with significant scuffing on the entire face as well as one strand of beads being broken off the head piece and rolling around the box. I was able to get the scuffing off the face by using a toothpick and acetone in the scuffs.Expected more from such a pricey item, would have just returned it without fixing it if it hadn’t been a gift.

High quality, well built.
No blemishes, excellent details, especially the shading of the skin. Note, some assembly required (the sword blades and ribbons on his back have to be pushed into slots). The cutouts are perfectly sized for a snug fit, so you can't tell at all that they were originally separate pieces. Careful with the blades, they're pointy, and are very thin though they flex so they shouldn't break easily.
