An excellent camera; better than devices costing much more
An excellent camera; better than devices costing much more. Don't get fooled by the look-alike cameras (specifically the one with a blue case) as they may have very low video quality. The video from this camera is much better than I expected in all light conditions, and it has a great wide-angle lens. This is extremely important should you ever need to present this video in court, but is also nice should you wish to upload to YouTube. The feature I like most is the H.264 video encoding. Many cameras use a format called "Motion JPEG" which is extremely inefficient, meaning you fill up the memory card very quickly. H.264 encoding is far better, and can play back on any PC and even directly on some TVs.I've tried quite a few of these cameras now, and this one is genuinely great.

Great dash cam. Love it 360.
Great dash cam love it. Low current operation makes it easy on the car battery when the vehicle is off. Left the camera running for about 12 hours and my Jeep (WJ) started with no sweat. Low current operation, great video resolution, smooth motion video, easy screen navigation.

WARNING, this company does not honor the warranty.I bought this item less than a year ago, the warranty stated on their website says "1 year warranty service (ship the product for repair at no cost or at a minimal cost, shipping cost is needed) "I received this message from SmartureThanks to contact SMARTURE.We provide 1 month free return and 3 months free repair. After that, we provide repair service, but it is not free.Your smart mirror has been used for almost 1 year and the screen seems broken. It can't be repair at US or Canada.So if you want to repair it, you need to send it back to China. It may cost $200 and 2 month. (Two times shipping cost included.)Regards,Nathen
