Works great
I just started Euro nymphing so this setup was perfect. Put some backing on the reel, then this setup and you are ready to go. Since I've bought this I've learned to make my own leaders. For someone starting out or if you don't want to mess with it, this is perfect. I caught a bunch of fish on this so far including a 5lb rainbow trout. Highly recommend.

My new favorite euro style line
I used to fish a custom mono leader attached to my standard floating fly line and reel when fishing euro style. Then I bought the Stinger reel (awesome reel / see my 5 star review) which included the Tracer 62 line. The Tracer line with built in leader strikes the perfect balance of a super thin fly line with a nice tactile feel along with a tapered leader section comprised of maxima and amnesia to the sighter. It casts beautifully and I really like the contrasting leader and sighter colors for visibility in a wide range of lighting conditions. Highly recommended !!
