This is an amazing product. I have restless legs and don't always like taking medication for them. This helps to relax them in a matter of minutes. I only have to take my medication now if I have a really bad case, but even then, this takes the edge off. It is also great for tired legs. This is one of my favorite all time products. Wish it were a little bit cheaper, but it is worth every cent!! Also love the Repose Cream by this company.
