If you travel or simply need to relax your neck muscles, then you need this travel pillow! It is very supportive yet not hard. The heat can get very warm so be cautious if you have sensitive skin; once the heat is turned off it cools almost instantly. I love using the TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) function combined with the heat to relax my neck. The vibration is good, but I don't particularly care for the pulsing vibration pattern. This pillow charges pretty quickly and holds a charge for a while so unless you're on an transcontinental flight, it should have more than enough charge to make it to your destination. I use this pillow at home while watching TV and working around the house. The zippered cover is washable which is a plus! The shipping box is good for storing your Comfier in when not in use; it even has a handle built into it.I only have three MINOR complaints or improvements to suggest to the manufacturer:1. I wish it had a steady vibration rather than a pulsing one in addition to the ability to select the pulsing pattern.2. The two raised areas are a little too high so they put pressure into the points behind my ears so I have to adjust the position of the pillow to my comfort.3. Adjust the drawstring placement to enable a more snug fit around the neck.

The idea of this product is there, however, we were unfortunately surprised to find when using the heat or the massage features it delivered painful shocks to our necks. Save your money.

This is not a massager it is heat and a tens unit and is quite intense. The only thing is you have to charge it first and the pillow is a little bulking. Helps lower neck more than upper neck

More like an electric shocker

My family is ready to travel for the summer and we have a new RV. My father will be driving us for hours visiting national parks and vacation locations. I've decided to get him this travelling pillow which has the pulsing massage and heat function. The neck pillow is large and comfortable. I liked the fact it's like a gel or memory foam texture. The heat function is good too. However, we're still trying to get used to the massaging part. It's literally a shocking value. /s the Pulse Massage is an electrified experience. It uses the 2 metal contacts behind the neck area to "shock" the nerves. My father was alarmed at first but got used to it. It does work. He said the therapy with electric pulse releases his neck tension after a few uses. The pulse lasts about 15 minutes like the manual states. Another great product from Comfier. We now have a whole set from Comfier. Will recommend this to my uncle too.

Received it this afternoon and tried it right away. I have a small build and it was too heavy for my neck. Tried sitting different ways and different settings but unturned this is just not for me. I really like the Comfier hand massager I recently purchased and had high hopes for this product but sadly not for me.

If you just read the description it says it is a pillow and a massager. It is those but it's also More and not typical. A typical pillow is soft and this is firm and will be good to help my neck and head stay in proper position. The vibrating massage is not the first function when you turn it on. The first function is as a TENS device. It sends small electrical charges into your neck. It apparently is not approved as a TENS medical device so they don't mention it. It is a literal shock to find it! The vibrationg was second or third function (quick press on/off to switch functions). If you're looking for a travel pillow and a nice gentle massage, you should look elsewhere, but this seems like it will be good for me as an 'almost' medical device.
