smells good, nice, primarily cinnamon
"..help give you an additional layer of self-control." Formulated for weight loss support, you still need to do the work. I haven't been using it for long, not entirely sure what I am to expect from it. Says to apply to wrists before mealtime and inhale. The scent is primarily cinnamon with hint of grapefruit and lemon. I suspect it helps reduce cravings. We'll see. I'll gladly take a placebo effect. I give it a great rating for have a robust, pleasing aroma (to me). hough the cinnamon kinda makes me think of cinnamon rolls. LOL. Seems to linger a bit too. Smooth application and looks like it does in the pictures. I got what I expected.Currently I am taking science backed life extension appetite control with near immediate success. I am a big fan of anything that can quell cravings. I have a binge eating disorder, and it is nothing for me to take down entire cakes, batches of cookies, entire cartons of ice cream in one go. If there is an absence of the craving that drives the need to go overboard, then I am automatically greatly reducing my caloric intake. Because I otherwise eat a (mostly) healthy, varied diet. Stuff like this are supporting tools. Try different things, see what works. Not everyone will experience the same thing. At the very least you have a good smelling essential oil roll on.

Easy to use; portable, smells great.
Convenient, portable, secure, and easy to use.An initial strong, spicy, warm cinnamon component and then more citrus. A very pleasant and calming fragrance blend. The twist-off top opens and closes easily and reveals a roll-on ball that dispenses a small amount of the essential oil wherever desired. As an essential oil, it's an oily product that can leave a greasy residue if not rubbed in thoroughly. The glass bottle can get slippery if the oil gets on it and is not wiped off.Premium and convenience priced at about $20 at the time of our review

Re "truth in advertising": It's an appetite suppressant, not a weight loss tool.
"to help give you an additional layer of self-control""apply topically before meals and inhale"This isn't going to help you burn off the fat that's already there, nor exercise more efficiently, nor eat healthier. It's just going to curb the desire to eat, period. (I kind of figured it would be before trying it, but thought it was worth a try regardless.) Which, granted, does tend to go hand in hand with weight loss, but as far as truth in advertising goes (not to mention a healthy dose of common sense), YOU need to do the work, and YOU need to decide whether or not that's the kind of weight loss help you need.Case in point, when your appetite is already so poor that you're packing protein packs in your lunch bag just to make sure you're eating SOMETHING, a banana and half a cup of milk is enough to convince your stomach you've gorged yourself (only to be hungry an hour later because all you could had for lunch was a banana and half a cup of milk), you work a job that has you on your feet to the tune of 20,000 steps a day, and somehow you're still consuming enough calories to not drop any pant sizes at all... maybe suppressing your appetite is not the ideal solution. And sad to say, none of those examples were made-up, they are exactly what I've been putting up with for the last few years ever since I accidentally killed my appetite via "appetite suppression"... not for weight loss purposes, but just because I was tired of being hungry when I came back from my lunch break.Still, with very moderate use the oil blend might curb my hunger for when I can't eat, I just can't use it as the weight loss tool it claims to be.For the record, all I can smell is the cinnamon. Good if you like that kind of thing; not so fond of the scent myself. The roller ball is a very easy way to apply the oils.

Didn't really do anything
I tried the rollerball and I don't think it really did anything. The rollerball barely dispensed anything and my skin smelled of cinnamon.

Deliciously scented, but a bit not inexpensive.
This roll-on scent blend comes pre-diluted in a 10ml clear glass bottle with a metal roller-ball.I have no idea if it helps with weight loss, but it smells absolutely delicious! The spicy cinnamon-citrus scent is very appealing and seems to last several hours on the skin.Vici products aren't the most inexpensive of blends, but the quality does seem to be very good. I plan to try some of their other blends.

Predominantly smells like Cinnamon to me
I have other Vici rollers and like them. This one smells predominantly like cinnamon to me. If it helps to lose weight that would be awesome. Otherwise, you can wear it and get an Autumn or Winter feeling through scent. It rolls well and the bottle doesn’t leak. Arrived in good order and the cap is large enough to add an essential oil label to – that way you can see what is what if you put them standing up in a drawer – like I do.I hope that you have found my review “helpful”. : ) Enjoy your day! : )

Better for mood
I'm not sure if this has really helped much with making me feel less hungry, but it does offer me a little bit of a pick me up mentally which in turn maybe on the long run week help my appetite as I tend to feel hungry when I'm down and depressed.
