I bought the cupola several years ago and I finally got it up on my barn roof. The weathervane that I did have wasn’t copper and it was a chicken. Since it is a horse barn I really wanted a horse. I was surprised of how affordable they were. I ordered it and it was delivered by the next day. Can’t ask for anything more. I am so happy with the quality of it. It was so easy to install and it looks fabulous. I am very satisfied.

GET THE EXTENSION ROD IF YOU HAVE A BIG CUPOLA
It’s beautiful and all, but how does it make sense to sell the extension rod separately with what you’re already paying for this weathervane? We had to delay the actual installation (and borrowing the crane lift to get the cupola on our barn) because it is not until you assemble it that you realize you NEED the extension rod if your cupola is a certain size. Very disappointed in that development. Not very customer friendly.
