We bought this a couple months back in preparation for Halloween. Having only tested a couple times, it worked fine. Once we started using it during October, it quickly stopped working. The seller offered us 10% of the purchase price back. They will not replace. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

The product arrived in an already opened box with dented sides but nothing drastic. My first alert. The glow ball lights up ok but there is no sound as described on the box. The return label the seller to me was labeled somewhere in China and my UPS store would not accept it. They said to contact the seller and Amazon and request a USA return label. Amazon filed a claim and refunded the full amount to my credit card. Thank goodness for Amazon's help to resolve this!! The item was very cheap quality (poor paint job) so I do not recommend folks to buy it. Go to Frontgate or Grandin Road's website, pay more, but get the quality you're looking for.

It only lights up sometimes it’s almost like there’s a short in it. And it only had one color light. Most of the time it wouldn’t do anything at all.

The media could not be loaded.  So excited when it arrived but extremely mad when I tried to use it. I thought something was wrong with my outlet. It literally doesn’t even work!

arrive broken, when I plugged it in the circuit board actually exploded in my face. How this crap is allowed in Canada is beyond me!
