Ordered this 20 pc bag set to protect my sensitive electronic devices in the event of a EMP scenario. Bags are of high quality. Extra thick bags with a zip lock closure on the top. I'm using the smaller bags to nest inside a larger bag then placing these in a faraday cage. Bags open and reseal with no problem. Hope we never need to know if using these bags will protect our devices from a EMP but it is better than doing nothing at all.

Thought these would be a budget friendly option with a good variety of sizes for various uses. I tested every bag and they provide absolutely no attenuation reduction in EMF energy penetration. Wifi, Bluetooth, as well as VHF and UHF radio frequencies all penetrate easily. EMP waves will as well thereby destroying what you thought was protected. Go with something more substantial. If you have these already try it for yourself and test your bags to see if devices placed inside still function normally.

Per published specs these are thicker and provide more attenuation than the main U.S.-based competitor's bags and you get twice as many bags for about the same price. They are designed for EMP shielding, i.e. a thicker tougher variation on standard "anti-static" bags for electronic components. They are *not* designed for RF shielding, so putting a phone inside and then checking reception remotely is not a valid test of their effectiveness.RF shielding bags can *individually* cost up to the same amount as this 20 piece set of EMP shielding bags. So you get what you pay for, but these bags should be up to their intended task of EMP protection.

Bags are good quality and thick. I wish the larger bags were gusseted for larger notebook computers. Will not truly know how well they work until SHTF, so lets hope it is like insurance you never need.

This set of Faraday sleeves is a great tool. I like them and use them to protect backup drives, my laptop and other items.

These EMP protective bags are absolute quality...and many are included. However, a couple of LARGER bags should and could be included, especially given the larger size of many electrical devices. That would make this brand of Faraday Bags a perfect purchase.

They arrived faster than it said, and there's a great variety in the sizes. Great buy
