I am a pretty healthy person and take care of myself and wanted to give it a good try so used this daily even tho after a couple of months the taste started to get to me. After nearly 6 months the ONLY change was that my once strong nails are now soft and peeling. Absolutely zero beneficial changes to hair, skin, cellulite or anything else they claim. And trust me, I was hopeful and on the lookout for positive changes. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is only if you keep the empty bags to send back. According to them, apparently EVERYONE knows this but me, and I am the ONLY person on the planet who does not hang on to the empty bags because to me, once they are empty, they go in the garbage. They said it states that for a refund you need to send the "product" back. To me this means if I was done trying, I send back what I had left. So, not only did it do nothing good for me, I apparently should have kept what obviously only I consider trash. It should say hold on to your garbage when you're done because we need that back if it doesn't work (oh, and btw don't forget the restocking fee for an empty bag), NOT send back the PRODUCT. Pretty expensive way to screw up my nails - which have always been natural, never had anything artificial on them so that's not to blame.
