Helps, easy to take
I have always found honey to be ideal for respiratory issues like like coughing, so it is not surprising they make a honey designed to support respiratory health. The concept behind this honey is you take it daily to enhance and sustain respiratory health in general. You therefore take one teaspoon a day, straight or in a drink, then go about your merry way.The honey itself does have an unusual flavor to it, but that is overwhelmed by the sweetness, so i found it was easiest and yummiest to just take this straight. When consuming the honey it immediately make your throat feel better. Most importantly, after finishing my jar, I did feel it helped. With pollen season in full swing where I am I found it particularly good for keeping my congestion from seasonal irritants in check. The only things to keep in mind are:- each jar is just shy of a month's supply- measuring honey is not a high precision activity- the packaging is not clear about what herbal honey isIn the end, I am not certain this honey will be the right fit for everyone, but I do believe it will be the exact right fit for some people.I would recommend it most for individuals looking to boost their respiratory health in a way that is easy to take and very natural in origin.

Tastes good
I have COPD so I'm always looking for supplements to help keep my lungs healthier and this seems interesting. I love honey so I decided to give it a try. BronchoMEL contains a unique blend of herbs and botanicals, including Black Elderberry and Eucalyptus, well known to support respiratory and immune health. The science seems solid so I'm taking a small teaspoon morning and evening. Time will tell if it helps but elderberry and eucalyptus are known for lung support so I'm optimistic.
